Your keepsake will deserve careful attention to maintain its beauty. Do not expose it to water (wash hands, take shower, etc), do not wear it while you work out, sunbathe or sleep. We recommend storing your jewel in the velvet pouch provided. Avoid  direct exposure with chemicals (perfume, hairspray, lotion, etc), extreme temperatures and prolonged exposure to sunlight in order to prevent discoloration of the keepsake stone, preserving its charm and ensuring it remains a cherished piece for years to come. 

 You can choose more than one option when designing your stone. Please write on additional note if you want to add more than one option. Example: you can choose Pearl shimmer and Opal flakes, or all three of them.

 - Gold Plated and Rose Gold plated keepsakes are NOT suitable for everyday use. Gold plated or Rose Gold plated pieces are coated with a thin layer of gold, and good after care must be taken to maintain the integrity of the jewel.

- 925 Sterlin Silver is a good and durable material but it is NOT solid gold, so a good care of your keepsake it is paramount.

- No refunds or returns due to the nature of the product (personalised item) and it cannot be resell.

- If any of the birthstones / zirconia fall out from your keepsake, we will repair it or replace it within 2 weeks from purchase.
