How to send your inclusions

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email which will include the address where to send your inclusions. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email after placing your order.

The turnaround time is between 5-10 weeks from when we receive your inclusion and not from the day that the order has been placed.

Our Inclusion Kit (click here) is available for purchase, or you can follow the instructions below to send your own items.

Umbilical Cord

Please send the full umbilical cord with the clip (I will use a tiny amount and the rest including the clip will be sent back to you with your order). Place the umbilical cord into a container or wrap it with some bubble wrap and then place it into a ziplock bag or any other freezer bag that you have at home.

The main priority is to keep it well padded and safe during its journey. Write your name, surname, email address and telephone number in a piece of paper. I would appreciate if you could also write some words about what this inclusion means for you, and why you choose to turn it into a keepsake. Then place everything into the padded envelope.

You can send your inclusions via Royal Mail, either 1st or 2nd class delivery (tracked would be better).
